  • Juliette Devillard

    FOUNDER

    Juliette is a climate connector and community builder. She has spent the last four years in the US working in early-stage startup creation at the intersection of climate and deep tech. Juliette is also a public speaking coach. When not working on Climate Connection, Juliette will likely be found meditating, painting, or dancing.

  • Jerome Minney

    HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS

    Jerome is part of the Carbon13 venture builder, after a decade of founding tech companies and building growth teams for other startups. He knows that community is the petri dish to great innovation which brought him to Climate Connection, but in his free time you'll find him dancing contact improv or integrating his Aikido practice into his conversations.

  • Tess Cohen

    SENIOR ASSOCIATE

    Tess is passionate about the differentiated impact of climate change on local communities and the coping strategies they put in place to adapt to these changes. Prior to joining Climate Connection, she worked at the sustainable development committee of the French Republican Party, and conducted research on loss and damage. Tess enjoys travel and discussing biodiversity and conservation.

  • Cami Daeninck

    PROJECT MANAGER - VOLUNTEER

    Cami is a Regenerative Solutions Advisor at Volans. She is interested in the intersection of climate change and mental health, particularly the presentation of eco-anxiety in young people. A fun fact about Cami is that she has travelled through the Canadian Arctic conducting primary research on a Canadian Coast Guard Ship!

  • Anoushka Todd

    BRAND AND OUTREACH COORDINATOR -VOLUNTEER

    Anoushka is completing an International Relations degree at the University of British Columbia. She is continuously inspired by green innovation and the growth of circular economies. In her free time, Anoushka enjoys bouldering and organising potlucks with friends. At the top of her bucket list is hiking the Pacific Crest Trail from the Mexico border up to Washington.
